What we collect

Enquiry details: your name, phone number, email, postcode, the service you are interested in and anything you tell us in your message.
Booking details: your address, access instructions, key arrangements, preferences and cleaning notes.
Messages: calls, emails and WhatsApp messages you send us, including any photos.

Why we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, provide a quote, arrange and carry out your cleaning, and handle any questions or complaints. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, performing that contract, and our legitimate interest in running our business.

Who we share it with

We never sell your data. Our website form is processed by Formspree, which delivers your enquiry to us by email. WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp (Meta). These providers act on our behalf, and transfers outside the UK rely on approved safeguards.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as you use our services and for six years afterwards for accounting and legal purposes.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not track you.
