Yes. Give us 48 hours' notice and we will move your visit. Fixed days help us keep the same cleaner, so we always try to keep your usual slot.

Can you hold a key?

Yes. Keys are coded, never labelled with an address, and kept securely. Many regular clients are out at work when we clean.

What happens if my cleaner is on holiday?

We tell you in advance and offer a briefed replacement who follows your cleaning notes. If you would rather skip that week, there is no charge.
